LEAGUE OF NATIONS
MINORITIES QUESTION. (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) MADRID, June 7. The League of Nations Committee Three recommends that the Council of the League itself cannot undertake the supervision of minorities; secondly, that the sessions of Committee Three, which considers the minorities question, cannot be made public; thirdly, that the representatives of the States interested in the minority questions cannot he allowed to participate in the sessions; and fourthly, that the size of the present committee cannot be greatly increased. The whole of these recommendations are contrary to the German demands and hopes.
