Tho “Daily Express” understands that the* Allies’ preparations for the evacuation of the Rhineland have advanced, aiul that the evacuation will probably bo carried out in October. The Reparations’ Experts report makes no allowance for any payments from Germany nffter the Ist September for tho purpose of keeping up an Allied force on tho Rhine. PARIS, June 7. It is expected that the Reparation Experts’ report will ho signed to-night, hut it may not be published immediately. Sir J. Stamp (British expert) h»is gono hack to London, and he is departing oil a Mediterranean cruise on Saturday.
