LEAGUE OF NATIONS
SIR A. CHAMBERLAIN EULOGISED. . (British Official Wireless.) (Received this day at noon.) RUGBY; June 6. At the opening this morning of the League of Nations Council at Madrid, tributes were paid to Sir A. Chamberlain. M. Briand, the French Foreign Minister observed that Sir Arthur Chamberlain was one of the most able and most loyal statesman with whom lie had collaborated. Adatchi, the Japanese delegate, spoke in terms of highest appreciation of The loyal co-operation of Sir Arthur Cnamberlain in preparation of the report of the Committee of Three on the Minorities, recently held in London.
