(Received this day at noon.) PARIS, May 30.

Germany, according to last night’s agreement, pays the balance of Dawes plan annuity of twelve hundred million marks between Ist April and Ist September, and thereafter 742 million marks between . Ist -September, 1929, and Ist April, 1930, when the first complete “Young” year begins.

'The scale of annuities will increase progressively from 1707 millions in the first year, namely, 1930, to 2100 millions in 1941, after which it will rise steadily to 2400 millions in the thirtyseventh year, the average for all annuities being 2050 millions.
