WELLINGTON, May 29. A meeting of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union was hold to-night. Mr S. S. Dean presided. t. Balmc-r (Auckland). The Nelson Union wrote asking whether outside evidence by spectators could he taken in regard to any breach committed, or whether the referee and the player concerned alone could state the facts of the: case.
