SYDNEY TRAGEDY
LOVERS’ QUAD BEL. ;Australian Press Association! (United Service.) SYDNEY, May 28. A tragedy occurred to-day in it fiat at Crcmorne. Miss Bene Linton, aged 23 years, an actress, and her lover, Straclia, Knight, aged 22 years, a. land salesman, were found shot dead. There was an automatic, revolver lying beside Knights body. Knight’s mother states that the pair quarrelled during the week-end. Miss Linton called at Knight’s invitation today and lvniglfjljordered his mother to leave the, roo-ui.-*The tragedy occurred immediately afterwards. Four bullet wounds wore found in Miss Linton’s head and breast, There was one wound only in Knight’s head. The police are convinced that Knight shot Aliss Linton and then committed suicide.
