GERMAN COLONIES
A MOVEMENT DISAVOWED. (Doited Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 10.80. a.in.) LO.n DON, May 28. A miniature diplomatic stir has been occasioned through,-the disclosure -wy the German Foreign Under-Secretary, Yon Kuhlinan, that he recently handed the British Ambassador in 'Paris -a memorandum concerning the possibility of some German colonies being returned. The Ambassador sent the memo to Downing Street, which communicated with Berlin, which disavowed Knlilman. An interesting fact is that as in all other propaganda for the return ol the colonies, Kuhlih'nn omitted to mention Kabul and Samoa.
