SUED BY DIVORCEE. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph .—Copyright.) NEW YORK, May 21. News from Stamford (Connecticut) states: Mrs Kathrine King Fogarty has filed a.. notice of attachment of Gene Tunney’s recently-purchased colonial home here, in connection with a lialf million dollar suit she is bringing against him for breach of promise. The plaintiff claims that Gene Tunney proposed to her in 1926. one week after she was divorced from Mr John Fogarty. She has a daughter aged ten years.
