AN OUTRAGE
SHOP BLOWN UP. (Australian Press Association) (United Service). (Received this day at 11 a.m.) BRISBANE, May 20. A terrific explosion at Mackay wrecked a two-storied city shop. Bricks piled in heaps along with beams. The walls were splintered and left in a dangerous position. A hole four feet in diameter was torn in the top lloo;. The roof toppled in. The shop was not occupied at the time and no one was injured. A suspieion that the explosion 'was caused by a change of gelignite was confirmed when Hie police discovered thirty plugs and fuse amongst the ruins.
