The minutes were read and confirmed. The balance sheet l'or the second tourney showed a net profit of £5 9s. —nceeived us satisfactory.

The President announced that the contributions to tbe two competitors in the President Bout had been supplinienied to by the Club, and two handsome mcda.s had been procured. Master G. Davidson, being in attendance, was presented with Ins medal by the Patron, Mr Coulson. Mr J. J. Breeze accepted Master E. Breeze's on his behalf. Master Moils Morgan was also presented with his medal won at the tpurney. It was moveed that letters of thanks be sent to the referee, Mr A. Behan, Dr Bruce Baird for examining the competitors, Dr Mandl who assisted, the Black Hand Orchestra, for their splendid musical programme, tlie Grey Association for use of ring and mat, etc., the Hokitika Guardian Co. for consideration, and Newmans Motors for passes. It was left to the Secretary to ascertain the possibility of an open tourney in June.

The meeting closed with a vote of thanks to the officials, and door-keep-ers for their gratis services.
