A GOOD FISHING HOLIDAY.
AUCKLAND, May 16
After, an.-enjoyable and successful fishing l holiday of two weeks on the banks ofi the Tongariro river, the Glf\'ernqr-‘Gener«l^-Sir Chartes Fergussoh, and Lady Alice Fergusson, returned to Auckland to-day. Sir Charles Fergusson, Captain E.' P. O. Boyle, military secretary, and Captain Orr Ewing, A.D.C., caught 119 trout. They were accommodated at the caretaker’s cottage at the Government hatcheries on the banks of the longariro -river for'the'greater part of the holiday.'
