The “Times” correspondent at Riga says in connection with the Berlin disorders that the Soviet organised a special fund for German victims dependents. Some establishments are collecting voluntary donations and other are deducting a percentage from wages. There are meetings of protest of German anti-revolutionary methods, holding in factories, schools, and barracks. R.msia-widc is issuing an appeal for. greater material assistance of the victims of class-war in Germany.
