GAINER OF WAINONI PARK SUED.

CHRISTCHURCH, 3lay 8. In the Alagistrate’s Court yesterday a judgment summons for maintenance was brought by Alice Aland Bicker ton (Air Twynehain) against Herbert Frederick Bickerton, of Wainoni, fireworks manufacturer. After hearing evidence regarding operations on the three remaining acres ol Wainoni Park, the Alagistralc (.Mr H. A. Young), directed that no onlcr should be made. Defendant said that there were living with him at his house in Wainoni Park a daughter and a h.usekeepei with lour children. He paid the housekeeper £2 a week, out of which amount she had to support him. His laugh ur. gave the housekeeper los a week.
