Tho fourth anniversary of the death of tho Bight. Hon. W. F. Massey will fall on Friday next. Arrangements aro being made for the (mstoniary annual pilgrimage of •liofonn Leagno momhers and supporters to the late Prime Minister’s tomb at Point Halswell, where wreaths and ofiller floral emblems of remembrance will be deposited. Tho Leader of tho Reform Party (tho Right Hon J. G. CoatcsO lias signified his intention of being present, and will arrive in Wellington probably on Thursday or Friday. Those present will include tho Right Hon. •Sir Francis 8011, tho Hon. Mr R. A. Wright, M.P., and other members of Parliament from both the North and South Islands. The women’s branch of the Reform League, as well as tho Junior Reform League, will also bo .represented.
