GENEVA DIVERGENCUES. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy rlgEt). GENEVA, May 3. The Disarmament Commission spent hours inconclusively discussing the limitation of war material, whether in stock, or on service. Mr Gibson (United States) said lie recognised there was a close connection between stocked material and trained reserves. Baron Sato , (Japan) pointed out that limitation of war material could he effected through the budgetary estimates. Obiter (delegates favoured a direct limitation. When someone said: “This is impossible,” On unit Bernsiorff (Germany) retorted: “It has been applied in the case of Germany!” The discussion was adjourned.
