MOTOR KILLINGS
A DEPLORABLE INCREASE.' (Australian Press Association) (United Service). (Received this day at 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 3. The Police Department figures for 1928 show 332 persons were killed as the result of motor-car accidents in the State. The injured totalled 7124. This is a heavy increase over the previous year and the figures lor the first three months of 1929 indicate a deplorable record is developing.
