A man named Charles Treloir was found dead at a local hotel this morning.' A YACHT SAFE, WELLINGTON, May 2. The Secretary of the G.P.O. has received a broadcast from Sydney Radio stating that the yacht “Almaira,” previously reported disabled, has arrived safely at Cape Hawk. . A CLAIM FAILS. AUCKLAND, May 2. The difficulty experienced by plaintiff in obtaining any expert evidence in support of a claim of £698 against Arthur M. Carter, an Auckland dentist, led to the collapse of a case Joday, when Isabella Vera Gwilliam was non-suited. She alleged the defendant had negligently and unskilfully alhnveo portion of a tooth to be inhaled into her lung, resulting in her healtli being greatly impaired.
