The great Public Schools “Head of the River” Regatta final on Saturday was spoiled by the cold and choppy water. due to a southerly gale. Huge ,crowds were present. Sydney High School defeating Newington College by three feet in the final of eights, and thins secured the coveted headships, ami also notched its fourth win out of five starts. Sydney Crammer .school was third, and North Shore school fourth. Tim hist named lost two of the crew, who lnus qualified in an earlier race, through influenza.
