N.Z. CLAY BIRD CHAMPIONSHIPS

WANGANUT, April 28
The X.Z. Cun Clubs’ Association held the North Island Clay Bird Champion,ship yesterday on the W angaimi Gun Club’s range. A. Myers (kimboiton) and A. E. Brown divided first and second money when they tied. Myers in the shoot-off won a gold watch that accompanied the championship. McMullen (laihape). Miller (Masterton), Duncan (Taihape) G roomie (Napier) divided third and fourth money.
There were thirty-four entries for tlm Wanganui Gun Club’s open shot of £oo. G. Beard (Kimboiton) and E. Groomie (Napier) divided first and second prize.
