SEDITION CHARGE ADJOURNED

APIA, April 18

The alleged seditious libel cases against the “Samoa Guardian,” and its Editor, were called at the High Court to-day. hut they were adjourned sine die, on the application of the police, who said that their evidence was not complete.

Reports are current in Apia that the application for the adjournment was made by the instructions of the Attorney-General of New Zealand and that the hearing of the case must await the arrival of the Chief Judge at Samoa.
