DELHI", April 18
Cholera epidemics are raging in several of the districts of Bengal, and also at Allahabad.
At the latter place the infection was spread by hawkers selling contaminated food. The sale of ice cream and sweets is now banned in Bengal.'
During the last two years, one hundred thousand people 'have died of cholera.
