The majority of the British trade delegates sent to Russia have resumed home.

Tlie Soviet Press reiterates that the next move rests with the British Gov-

ernment

Tlie paper “Lsvestin” is insisting that trade development is exclusively dependent upon a resumption of normal diplomatic relations between tlie Soviet and tlie British Government. It says it must not he allowed to bo' dependent on party struggles cr on Britain’s difficulties with her dominions or colonies, or upon tlie failure of British diplomacy in China or in Afghanistan.
