Field-Marshal the Duke .of Connaught. the King’s uncle, will act on behalf of tho King and take the salute at the annual ceremony of trooping the colours by the Brigade of Guards on the Horseguards’ Parade on June 3. which is the day appointed for the celebration of the King's birtlulav.
