CHINA BREAKING LOOSE

C'ondlilfe, of the Pacific Relations Institute, in an address at a Wellington Cliuml.ero Commerce luncheon. “Her people a.ro moving about as never before. A million people have recently gone from North China to Manchuria, and about half that number have migrated from South China into Malaya. The country people, too, are flocking into the towns, which has necessitated the reorganisation of the farming industry and of industry generally.”
