Tin* President of the New Zealand Law Society .states the announcement recently made l by a special correspondent of several newspapers, that representations will shortly he made by the Society to the Prime .Minister concerning the Public Trust Ollice, consequent upon investigation undertaken by the CommiMee of the Society, was not made with the authority of the Society.
