WELLINGTON, April 11
The Wellington Presbytery at its meeting passed a lengthy resolution, condemning the Railway Department, the Wellington City Council, and the Eastbourne Borough, for commercialising Sunday by organising excursion trips on that day. The resolution contends the bodies so doing are contravening the aim of the law thereon and are thereby going beyond their due prerogatives.
