The annual meeting of delegates was held at 8 p.m. The following delegates were present.—Messrs J. J. Breeze and 11. McDonald (Excelsiors), If. I). MoManaway and J. P. Coulson (Kiwis), .1. Jfowat and ,1. .1. Williams (Kokatahi). .1. Stafford (Arahura), J. Cooper (Riniii), S. Moore (Ross). A. Cutbush (Referees Association). Mr F. .McGregor (Vice-President) was voted to the chair.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS. President: Mr H. M. Coulson (reelected unopposed). Vice-Presidents: Messrs .J. Stafford, 1). Dowell, and McGregor. Delegate to West Coast Rugby Union: Mr A. White. Secretary: Mr E. W T . Hetman. Treasurer: Mr H. I>. McManawav. Caretaker; Mr If. Herring. Gate Steward: Mr W\ Gaylor. Executive: All delegates.
It was resolved that in the event, of any Club becoming defunct, the scat of the delegate shall become vacant,,

It was resolved to ask the Ladies Hockey Club to arrange If or gntekeep ors for the season.
In reply to a request Irom the Referees’ Association it was resolved to procure a dozen rule hooks. The application of Boss ( lull for reclassification of W. Fleming Irom senior to junior was granted; further particulars to be asked in releronce In E. Osmers; and that <»l • Cunningham was re I used. The making of the necessary held arrangements tor play on (.ass Square was left to the Secretary to arrange.
It. was resolved to apply for the use of Cass Square for June Jrd. and on all Saturday afternoons.
The senior nominations (lour) wer ordered to lie sent oil to the W.C.R.I Excelsior, Kiwi. Kaniori. Tvokatalii.
Nominations for the Junior Competition were received from: Excelsior, Kokatahi. Boss, Aralmra, Kiwi. Bimu and Kanieri.
Third-grade nominations wore received from Excelsiors, School .'(ml Aralmra.
It was resolved that all nominations lie paid by next Monday night: Seniors £1 Is. Juniors os. Thirds 2s C>d. It was decided to arrange the boundaries relative to junior and thirdgrade players at next meeting. Mr Williamson asked the Union to reoominiend the West ('oast Rugby Laion to ask the Canterbury Dnion to arrange for a Canterbury primary school team to visit Hokitika and GreymoiiLh a.nd also to ask tor a school grant.-—Agreed to, and the arranging of school tool hall matteis was left in Mr Williamson's hands.
The following will represent the Excelsior Club in their match with Dinted at Groymouth on Saturday: A. King Freitas, (jillonly. Kelly, Dougherty Amuri King, Hughes. A. McDonald Preston, O’Brien, Davidson. Houston. Nightingale, Stevenson, B. King. .1. King. R. Palmer. B. Seyb. J. Milne. Stapleton and Schroder. All available are requested to make the trip as the strength of the senior team will be gauged from the above, players being given a try-out in spells. Any player not available must notify the Secretary immediately.
