HONG KONG, March 27

The Nanking Nationalist Government is massing troops against Muhan under Chiang-Kaishek. It is believed great fighting is imminent. It is already reported 60.000 Nationalist troops are moving against I’ingshan and Changsha districts and 40,000 others are pressing on against Mucliang. Chang-Kaislfok is personally leading the right flank. Hankow is being atttacked from Anhui.
