GENEVA, March 8,

Tho League of Nations Coupncil lias adopted a resolution under which the question of the minorities in States has been referred to a committee comprised of Sir Austin Chamberlain, M. Adatchi, M. Quinones, and Senor Deleon to draw up a report for submission to the June session. The committee in the meanwhile may receive observations from the Governments of the States responsible for the protection of minorities, or from any States which are members of the League.
