Mr Hoover lias summoned Congress to an extra session on loth March. Hie proclamation called for consideration of further agricultural t relief and .legislation for limited Chinese traffic, but aside from these two questions Congress may take up whatever legislation it desires. It is therefore expected that Mr Hoover will also seek repeal of the National Origins Provisions of 1924 1 immigration Act. and the transfer of prohibition enforcement machinery from the Treasury to the Justice Department.
