On a similar charge (Masonic tloteP an offender was ordered to pay costs 10s and another was fined 20s and costs 10s. Three men (Occidental Hotel) similar charge, one fined 10s and costs 10s ana the other two to pay costs 10s. OTHER CHARGES. The Police charged B. Biddulplr'wTtli riding a cycle at night without a light. Fined 5s and costs 10s. L«s -Morgan, similar offence, fined os and costs. Albert Payne for carrying a person on a motor cycle against the regulations was* fined 5s and costs 10s. A. E. McMullan for not having n vehicle lighted after sunset was fined 5s and costs 10s. Peter Soiiter, riding a cycle at nigh! without a light. Fined 10s and costs 10s. For cycling on footpath, D. Jeltie. jnr. was fined 5s and costs 22s fid. For cycling without a light, M. Mandl was fined 5s anil costs 22s (id.
