Other remits adopted were; That as delay in milking causes needless suffering to cows in milk at shows, those Agricultural and Pastoral Societies not having a clause 'in their schedules, bo urged to adopt a-uniform boor at which such animals he milked, say at 7a.in. : also that it be compulsory to prevent the growth of horns on cattle other than those used for stud purposes.
