Streaming and weilding a butcher's knife wildly, the man slashed eight persons, two of whom may die. A policeman knocked the man over the head with a nightstick and toolc him to the hospital, where his condition is serious. The rush hour crowd was thrown into turmoil as women screamed and rushed towards the exits. A traffic officer entered the station and grappled xyith the maniac on the floor and finally subdued him.
