QUESTIONS IN COMMONS. (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON. February 25. I'n the Commons, Hon. L. 0. Amery informed Commander Kemvortliv that telegrams announcing the results of the Anglo-French naval discussions were sent to the Dominions Government on ,‘inth July, 1928. Mr Bell airs drew attention to the Consular statement that foreign powers were informed before the Dominions. Mr Amery said there was a day between the despatch of the telegram. Commander Kenworthy: Did they ask for observations or did you merely inform them of the result of the conversations. Mr Amery: I think I stated a provisional agreement *as reached, subject to agreement with all other Governments concerned.
