EVACUATING KABUL. (United Presa Association—By Electric v Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, Feb: 25. The entire stall's of the French and the Italian Legations and some members of the British, totalling twentyseven, arrived at Peshawar, the remainder of the British Legation are evacuating to-morrow. 'i ARRIVALS FROM KABUL. DELHI, Feb. 25. f Sir H. Humphrey and the British Legation staff at Kabul, have arrived in an aeroplane at Pash invar this morning. Yesterday five aeroplanes evacuated twentv-seven persons, including the French Minister and his wife. It is reported aeroplanes from Kandahar are dropping pampht ts in Kabul to the effect that Ainanullah will invade the city after the end of the Moslem festival.
