Li the Supreme Court this morning, His Honour, Mr Justice -McGregor, after hearing legal argument gave his decision ,in an action brought against Bray Bros., Ltd. and Eliza McNatty, bv Mrs Mary Ann Graham Jopp, lor rescission of an agreement or alternately, for £3Bt) as damages for fraudulent misrepresentation in connection with sale of a confectionery business. Judgment was given against the defendant, Bray Bros., for C 330 damage; with costs according to scale, disbursements and witnesses’ expenses to lie fixed by the Registrar along w'th £l2 12s costs for the second day of the trial. Judgment as also given for defendant, McNatty, with costs tdl 10s. and disbursements and witnesses’ expenses, such costs to bo paid by defendants Bray Bros Ltd., to doiondant- McNatty.
