BRITISH ESTIMATES.
LONDON, February 25. The Army Estimates are £40,545,000. a decrease of £505,000 on Just year and £21,755,000 since 1922. The present personnel is 150,500, a reduction ol 3,000 on last year. A large if actor in the reduction is the mechanisation and the abolition of horse transport. HUMPHREYS SAFE. PESHAWAR, February 25. Sir H.
