CARNIVAL BAZAAR

SUCCESSFUL OPENING. The St. Alary’s Carnival Bazaar was successfully opened on Saturday and was very well attended. Prior to the opening Air W. Jeffries, Chairman or the Bazaar Committee, extended a welcome to His Worship tbe'Alayor (Air 0. A. Perry) and briefly explained the object of tlie function. He expressed the wish that good work would be done and when the returns came in, the results financially would be substantial. His Worship the Alnyor then declared the Bazaar open and wished the enter, prise every success. Throughout the day and evening sessions good crowds attended and the stall-holders were kept busy.
