RIGHTS OF LOYALISTS. (Received tbio dnv at 10.30. a.m.) SYDNEY. February 21. A bill to restore the seniority, rights of 1917 loyalists, who were, redressed by tlit* l.ang Administration, has been (halted by C'aiiinet and endorsed by the Nationalist Parliamentary Party. Tin* Hill provides that the Railway Commissioners should restore any officer reduced in rank, and that lie should be given seniority over officers who were promoted since the U)2f> act.
