“The Times’'’ Riga correspondent attaches great importance to the arrival in Russia of a Foreign Forestry Experts’ Mission,. sent by the* British European Timber Trust, and representing British, Austrian and German capitalists. The mission is beaded by Professor Stewart, Lecturer on Forestry at Edinburgh Universty. It visits Northern Russia and Siberia, with a view to securing concessions.
