The Spanish Consul at San Francisco is reported to be alarmed over the whereabouts of the Spanish training ship, Jean Sebastian. Ibe ship left Suva on January 30th. The instructions were to proceed direct to Spain via Panama, being due there in six weeks. SAN FRANCISCO,-Feb. 19. The Spanish Consulate on Tuesday expressed grave fears lor the Spanish barquentine Juan Sabastian El Cano, wit., one hundred cadets, en foute to San Erancisco. She was last reported on January 24th. her sailing date from •Suva.
