He believed him to be the same man as he had seen on a previous occasion. A seaman, Willi am Henry Thomas, and a cook. Daniel O’Keefe, were committed for sentence on a charge of breaking and entering the shop of Frederick Empsnn, Manners' Street, and stealing 45 ardys of serge and two pieces of lining, valued at £4B. John Sharp, news agent, who pleaded not gm.ty to receiving the articles, was committed for trial.
