Three Gorman balloonists who ascended at Leipzig on Sunday on a short inland cruise, developed a flight across the North Sea and ended in a crash in Aberdeenshire to-day. Shortly after ascending a storm arose and it was impossible to descend. They were driven towards Holland and then to the North Sea. 1 hev drifted helplessly along the English coast for twelve hours at night until in the early morning they saw the lights of Aberdeen. The balloon occasionally bumped against the hill-tops and finally a Iree overturned the/basket, pitching out the occupants, who fortunately were uninjured. They found hospitality en a farm.
