WASHINGTON, February G. Mr Norman (Governor ol the Bank of England) is holding a series of conferences with Mr Mellon and other high treasury officials. Harrison (Go\ernor of the New York I*edoral Reset vc Bank) is also in the capital. the officials concerned decline to discuss the nature of the conferences.
