GERMAN CABINET CRISIS

Tile Executive of the German Centre Party has decided to withdraw Dr Guerard. its representative, from the Ministry of Communications. lie is the Centre Party’s sole representative in the Cabinet. Chancellor Mueller, however, lias refused to accept hiresignation, and lie is assuming negotiations with the Centre with a view to a grand coalition. The “Daily Telegraph’s” correspondent- possibly may be the prelude to a Government crisis.
