PROPOSED FICHT. HEENEY V. SCOTT. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 0.25. a.m.) LONDON, February 5. Preliminary arrangements which the parties regard as definite have been made for Heeney and Phil Scott to fight in London for the world’s championship in the last week of April or the first in May, for £2,000 aside. Mortimer (Meeuev’s manager) is cabling to Heeney to bring Charles Harvey to take charge of his training. It is suggested the fight should be at Wembley Stadium on 27th April, the evening of the English Cup final.
