SIR- DUDLEY DJS CHAIR. DELIGHTED 1 WITH DOMINION. (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, Feb. 2. Sir Dudley cle Chair, Governor of New South Wales, who arrived by the Niagara to-day, spoke highly of the courtesy extended to him by the New Zealand Government and other organisations. Ho said that it was the first time he had seen the Dominion, and he was delighted with all he had seen. BANKRUPT SUiGILES. MELBOURNE, Fob. 4. Robert Johnstone, formerly managing director of Langwill Brothers and the Davies Proprietary Ltd., was found shot at the Law Courts this morning, when about to be called for examination in bankruptcy. His liabilities were due to land speculation, and were over £II,OOO. Johnstone was well-known in commercial circles, and be died in the corridor of the courts.
