The “Daily Express” Moscow correspondent states that Trotsky is going to Angora, where he will stay at the Soviet Embassy. He will thus still he on Russian territory, and will he allowed to leave the grounds only when avtompanied iby a double-armed guard; one furnished by the Embassy and the other by the Turkish Government. CONSTANTINOPLE.. Feb. 1. Tt seems an estabished fact that Trotsky’s stay in Turkey is only transitory, till he gets a permit to reside in Berlin, conditional on him refraining from political activity. Trotsky say he intends to write his memoirs while lie is undergoing a health cure in Berlin. 'l'he newest gossip in Moscow is about President ,Stalin’s impending attempt to depose M. Bueharin as President of the Communist International on the grounds of hostile activities. SOVIET AGREEMENT. WARSAW, Eeh. 2. The Polish Government has reached an agreement with the Soviet, which will he signed on February 7th, as a preliminary to the Kellogg Protocol, by Russia, Poland, Enth■onia, Latvia and Roumania. TROTSKY’S EXILE. LONDON, February 3. The “ Morning Post ” Riga correspondent states there is a" hitch in Trotsky’s departure. Stalin insists that -Madame Trotsky and children remain in Moscow as hostages against Trotsky’s hostile activity. Trotsky declines to leave minus his family. Stalin is on the horns of a dilemma.
