CAUSES MUCH DAMAGE. Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, Feb 5. A severe thunder storm struck Sydney last night, disorganising tram and telephone services. Many electric light services also failed. A house at Drummoyne was struck by lightning. Two men were also struck, one at Coogee and the other at It and wick. Dozens of minor street accidents also occurred in torrents oi rain. Substantial falls were also recorded along the South Coast, which had experienced particularly dry weather. Indications point to good rain over the eastern divisions of the State.
