KILLED BY TRAIN
COMPANION SEVERELY INJUR ED. (Australian Press Association) vßeceived this day at 10.30. a.m.) SYDNEY, Feh, 5. Edward Rviands, aged 52, was killed and George Davis, aged 40, was severely injured when they were run down by an electric train near Hursthill station, while they were repairing an electric light wire. Rylands had both his legs severed and Davis’ arms and legs '•ere injured. A doctor crawled under the train and applied ligatures before the l men were extricated.
